Taipei, April 6 (CNA) President Ma Ying-jeou called again Sunday for an early passage of the trade-in-services pact with China, despite a pledge by the Legislature's speaker earlier in the day that lawmakers will not review the pact until a law monitoring cross-strait agreements is enacted.
