Taiwan, Philippines might sign free trade agreement

Trade ministers from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum are scheduled to meet this weekend in the Japanese city of Sapporo, and Taiwan and the Philippines are expected to discuss the possibility of signing a free trade agreement (FTA) on the sidelines of the meeting.
