Parking fees for scooters

Scooters are parked along a section of Civic Boulevard near Taipei Main Station in this undated photo. In order to prevent motorbike owners from using parking spaces for extended periods of time, hourly fees will be imposed on roughly 400 scooter parking spots close to the city's major metro and railway station beginning March 3.
