Old Kaohsiung City Council Hall is photographed in a semi-derelict state in the city's Cianjin District Tuesday. Although listed as an historical heritage site in 2020, the building, which was constructed in 1966, has been abandoned since Kaohsiung City Council relocated to what was Kaohsiung County Assembly Hall in Fongshan District after the 2010 city-county merger.
