Taiwan's representative to the Philippines Michael Peiyung Hsu (徐佩勇, center) donates personal protective equipment, including goggles and visors, to the city of Tagaytay on behalf of its sister city, Tainan Monday. The city, which is a 90 minute drive from Manila and is dependent on tourism, was hit by the eruption of Tall volcano in January, and since then has been impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and several storms that ravaged the Southeast Asian country.
