China expanding 'lawfare' efforts in bid to annex Taiwan: MAC head

Taiwan's top China affairs chief on Tuesday warned that the People's Republic of China's (PRC) ongoing expansion of legal instruments targeting Taiwan is meant to provide ground to justify the use of force against the country.
