Taipei, June 19 (CNA) The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Thursday, gaining NT$0.079 to close at NT$29.621.
Turnover totaled US$1.238 billion during the trading session.
The greenback opened at NT$29.550, and moved between NT$29.532 and NT$29.630 before the close.
