Taiwan to set up sovereign wealth fund: Lai in anniversary speech

President Lai Ching-te (賴清德) on Tuesday announced a plan during his one-year anniversary speech for Taiwan to set up a sovereign wealth fund (SWF) to be responsible for foreign investment "to connect with the world."
