U.S. dollar closes up to top NT$33 mark on Taipei forex market

Taipei, March 17 (CNA) The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Monday, gaining NT$0.051 to close at NT$33.005.

Turnover totaled US$1.219 billion during the trading session.

The greenback opened at NT$32.940, and moved between NT$32.935 and NT$33.025 before the close.
