Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's largest contract chipmaker, on Thursday forecast that its sales in the fourth quarter of this year will grow more than 11 percent from the third quarter, on the back of strong demand for its advanced 3 nanometer process.
