Taiwan's forex reserves down for 2nd straight month on market intervention

Taiwan's foreign exchange reserves at the end of September moved lower from a month earlier, marking the second consecutive month-over-month decline, as the local central bank stepped in to boost the Taiwan dollar and cap the strength of the greenback.
