People who have registered or register for the government-issued NT$5,000 digital stimulus vouchers by Oct. 29 will receive a separate NT$500 (US$17.87) Foodlover voucher and be entered into a drawing to win prizes, Economic Affairs Minister Wang Mei-hua (王美花) said Thursday.
