Taiwan looking to renew investment treaty with Manila: minister

Minister of Economic Affairs Shen Jong-chin (沈榮津) said Wednesday that Taiwan is looking to open talks with the Philippines on the renewal of the two countries' bilateral investment agreement (BIA) at an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting later this month.
