Kaohsiung Harbor ranks as 13th largest in cargo throughput

Southern Taiwan's Kaohsiung Harbor ranked as the world's 13th largest port in terms of the amount of container cargo handled, according to the National Development Council (NDC), the top official economic strategy planner in Taiwan.
