HTC chairwoman to speak at APEC meeting

The co-founder and chairwoman of  Taiwan-based smartphone maker HTC Corp. will represent Taiwan's  industrial sector and speak at the Women and Economic Summit  (WES) Sept. 14-17 under the auspices of the Asia-Pacific  Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) officials said Thursday.
