Taiwan delegation returns from Manila

Just prior to their return to Taiwan from a visit to the Philippines on Saturday, Taiwan investigators sent to probe the shooting death of a Taiwanese fishermen by Philippines Coast Guard personnel said at a news conference that the Philippines’ response has been slow and lacking in integrity. Chen Wen-chi, a representative from Taiwan’s Ministry of Justice, says there has been some progress, but that the Philippines was flip-flopping in its responses.
