2,300 students affected by blackout during college entrance exam

Up to 2,300 students in 56 examination venues were affected by power outage in Taoyuan's Bade District during the second day of the Technological and Vocational Education Joint College Entrance Examination Sunday, a Testing Center for Technological and Vocational Education official said.
