Cold but drier weather forecast for Taiwan

The strongest cold surge of this winter maintained a firm grip on the country Tuesday, with lows in parts of Taiwan remaining below 10 degrees Celsius, but drier weather was also in the cards, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said.
