Tokyo, April 17 (CNA) Thirty-nine Taiwanese students and tourists in Japan's quake-struck Kumamoto Prefecture have been brought to safety on Sunday, with seven stranded Taiwanese nationals still awaiting rescue, Taiwanese officials said that day.
