Developer of collapsed building owns at least 30 plots of land

The developer of an apartment complex that collapsed in the magnitude 6.4 earthquake Feb. 6 was found to hold at least 30 plots of land in Tainan, a municipal city in southern Taiwan, the Tainan City Government said Thursday.
