Earthquake paralyzes high-speed rail in southern Taiwan

Taiwan's bullet trains would not run in southern Taiwan until at least 5 p.m. Saturday after its power system in Tainan was damaged in a magnitude 6.4 earthquake earlier in the day, according to Taiwan High Speed Rail Corp.
