Air defense drill to disrupt traffic in northern Taiwan Tuesday

With the exception of emergency vehicles, all traffic will come to a standstill from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday as part of an air defense drill which covers all cities and counties in northern Taiwan.
