Land warnings issued for Penghu, Kinmen as storm nears

Taipei, June 19 (CNA) The Central Weather Bureau issued land warnings for the outlying counties of Penghu and Kinmen Tuesday evening, warning residents to be on high alert as Tropical Storm Talim headed north.
