Taiwan, Japan holding fishery talks in Taipei

The fifth meeting of a Taiwan-Japan fishing commission opened Wednesday in Taipei, discussing fishing regulations in waters near the disputed Diaoyutai Islands in the East China Sea and other issues that cause conflicts between fishermen from both sides.
