Philippines, France congratulate Tsai on election victory

The Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) in the Philippines on Sunday congratulated President-elect Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on her victory in Taiwan's presidential election a day earlier, and expressed hope that bilateral ties will further advance to boost peace and stability in the region.
