Chiang Ching-kuo's grandson declares win in legislative race (update)

Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安), the grandson of Taiwan's late President Chiang Ching-kuo (蔣經國), declared victory in the legislative election in Taipei's 3rd electoral district Saturday.
