Documentary on late comic book artist wins award in New York

A documentary on a renowned Taiwanese comic book artist, the late Chen Uen (鄭問), has won a bronze medal at the 2019 New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, which honors content in all lengths and forms from over 50 countries.
