Taiwan mulls measures to increase water supply by 2031

To ease the recent shortage of water in Taiwan, Premier Lai Ching-te (賴清德) declared Friday that measures will be taken to increase Taiwan's water supply to 1.9 billion tons by 2031, which means there will be an increase of 5.2 million tons of water on average each day.
