Scholar sees Obama-Xi summit as having indirect impact on Taiwan

United States President Barack Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping will not discuss issues related to Taiwan at their summit in California, a local scholar said Saturday, but he warned of the indirect impact the meeting might have on Taiwan.
