Taiwan-Philippine economic exchanges may be deferred: minister

Taiwan is considering suspending economic exchanges with the Philippines because of its handling of an attack by one of its government vessels on a Taiwanese fishing boat, Economics Minister Chang Chia-juch said Wednesday.
