Offices and schools to open as normal in Greater Taipei Thursday

Offices and schools in the Greater Taipei area, including Taipei, New Taipei and Keelung, will open as normal on Thursday, while Typhoon Doksuri continues to impact Taiwan, according to the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration.
