Vietnamese kidnapped over debt freed in police raid

A Vietnamese national working in Taiwan, who was taken forcibly by alleged debt collectors from Nantou County to neighboring Changhua County, was freed during a police raid during the week, the Zhushan Precinct in Nantou County said Saturday.
