TTL alcohol hand sanitizer limited to 3 bottles per purchase: Ministry

The alcohol-based hand sanitizer produced by state-owned Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corp. (TTL) is being made widely available in retail stores starting Monday, but customers will be limited to three bottles per purchase, according to the the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
