Pingtung, Taitung under heavy rain advisory as Atsani nears Taiwan

Tropical Storm Atsani is expected to brush past the southern tip of Taiwan on Friday, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said, issuing heavy rain advisories for Pingtung and Taitung counties.
