'Extremely difficult' for Tsai to attend APEC summit: FM Wu

Having President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) attend the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders' meeting in November will be "extremely difficult," Foreign Minister Joseph Wu (吳釗燮) said Wednesday, even if the host is the United States.
