Wisconsin lieutenant governor visits Taiwan to promote trade ties

Wisconsin Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch arrived in Taiwan Wednesday on a three-day visit to advance trade relations between Taiwan and her state, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
