Typhoon Dujuan wreaks havoc in Taiwan

With powerful winds and heavy rain, Typhoon Dujuan struck Taiwan on Sept. 28. It killed at least three people, injured more than 300 and caused heavy damage. Hundreds of flights were canceled. High Speed Rail and train services were suspended. More than 2 million households and businesses lost power. Even the day after, more than 700,000 households were still without electricity and some 370,000 households were without water.
