Taiwanese chef in chocolate contest finals
Fish looking fresh and lively … salmon with shiny bodies … these are not made of porcelain, but chocolate. They are the creations of Taiwanese dessert master Tsai Chia-feng. At the 2015 World Chocolate Masters competition in Paris in late October, Tsai was one of the 20 finalists competing for the grand title of the world's most talented chocolate craftsman.
