Mobile Internet use in Taiwan tops 70 percent for 1st time

Due to telecom operators cutting back smartphone service fees, the mobile Internet use rate in Taiwan surpassed 70 percent for the first time ever in 2018, according to the Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC).
