Three missing from Taiwanese fishing boat off Japan's Hokkaido

Three Vietnamese crewmen were reported missing Friday after falling overboard from a Taiwanese fishing boat near the Japanese island of Hokkaido the previous night, the Fisheries Agency said Friday.
