Foreign Ministry appoints new deputy foreign minister, France rep

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) will reshuffle some of its personnel, with Deputy Foreign Minister François Chih-Chung Wu (吳志中) to be appointed as Taiwan's representative to France, a ministry source familiar with the matter said Friday.
