Cabinet sets timetable to ban sale of non-electric vehicles by 2040

The Cabinet on Thursday proposed an action plan on air pollution with a timetable to ban the sale of non-electric vehicles, thereby cutting emissions by mobile polluters which account for 30-37 percent of domestic pollutants.
