Rainy season forecast to be less rainy than normal

The precipitation during the upcoming plum rain season in Taiwan has been forecast to be from normal to below normal this year, with rainfalls more likely to concentrate in certain periods of time and in a higher intensity than before, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
