Taiwan denies locally made COVID-19 vaccine's EUA request

Taiwan-based United Biomedical Inc. (UBI) Asia has had its request for emergency use authorization (EUA) for its COVID-19 vaccine denied after its vaccine candidate did not meet Taiwan's antibody standard in its Phase 2 clinical trials.
