Envoy debunks rumors of Taiwan-Philippines fishing cooperation

Taiwan's representative to the Philippines said Saturday there is no truth to the recent rumors that Taiwan and the Philippines had reached an agreement to allow Taiwanese fishermen to fish in Philippine waters.
