Minister vows to deal with swindling 'pests' at Shilin night market

Fruit vendors at Shilin Night Market (士林夜市), one of Taipei's popular tourist attractions, came under the spotlight again Tuesday as a government minister said the "pests" who overcharge foreign visitors must be exposed.
