Taiwan-Sendai flights canceled after Russian earthquake

Several flights between Taiwan and the Japanese city of Sendai were canceled Wednesday after a powerful earthquake off Russia's eastern coast forced the closure of the runway at Sendai Airport, according to three Taiwanese airlines.
