Saint Lucian Deputy Prime Minister Ernest Hilaire has arrived in Taiwan for a five-day visit to meet with President Lai Ching-te (賴清德) and enhance bilateral exchanges, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Monday.
