Chinese fishing boat seized near Penghu for illegal operations: CGA

Taiwan's Coast Guard Administration (CGA) seized a nameless Chinese fishing boat after it crossed into restricted waters off outlying Penghu County, refused inspection and tried to flee, the agency said Saturday.
