Taiwan 'welcomes' China's plan to resume group travel on limited basis

Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) has cautiously welcomed an announcement by Chinese authorities on their plan to resume group travel to Taiwan for residents of Shanghai and Fujian province.
